Challenging 5 common beliefs about online yoga, fitness, relaxation offers

I get it, you prefer in-person gym classes. But my online sessions are nothing like the ones you’ve tried before. This isn’t just a video or a livestream with no interaction. It’s like training in a gym but online. We will see each other, interact and support one another. You are not alone. We will do our live yoga, fitness and relaxation sessions together.
I know, there’s no one physically there to check your form. But this is not a video. It’s a live online session where you join with your camera on. I can see you, guide you and provide personal advice. I’ll check your form, offer modifications and support you throughout the entire session. If something feels off, you can ask questions. You’ll be amazed at how well this works.
Most online live streams are packed with hundreds of people. I don’t like that and I’m pretty sure you don’t either. That’s why I limit my sessions to 20 participants, the perfect number to monitor everyone on my screen. In this small group, you’ll receive personal assistance during training. You decide how personal it gets by sharing stories before or after the session. I’m always available in the virtual room five minutes before and after to connect.
Finding focus can be tough, even when you’re alone in your room. Distractions can still sneak in and ruin your concentration. But I will notice, especially if you drift off mentally or physically. Remember, this is a two-way online training session. That’s why we set clear standards for participation, which you can find on the classes page under the headline “Create an optimal environment for your sessions”. You are investing your time, money and energy, so let’s make it count. I’ve got you covered.
You really don’t need much. The most important piece of equipment is a proper yoga mat. If you don’t have two yoga blocks, two thick, stable and heavy books (about the size of a dictionary) will do just fine. Add a water bottle and a towel and you’re all set. That’s it! You’re good to go.
