My fitness journey began in 1999 at 15 and I’ve been hooked ever since! From kickboxing to yoga, pilates and spinning, fitness became my passion. In 2005, I earned my Fitness Trainer B-License and since then, I’ve gathered a range of certifications. My approach is simple: Success lies in building a strong foundation with consistency and proper technique. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, my online live classes are designed to help you progress safely.
