I know what it’s like to pour everything you have into your work, only to feel completely drained. At 26, I hit burnout, something I never thought would happen to me as a fitness professional. I loved my job as a trainer and assistant club manager at a premium fitness club in Berlin, but when life threw unexpected changes my way, I completely fell apart. That was my turning point. I had to rebuild my life from scratch and I started with something simple: Creating healthy routines that stick. Pilates and yoga came into my life. From that moment on, moderate fitness and deep relaxation weren’t just luxuries, they became my lifeline. Now, with over 19 years of experience in fitness, I help busy professionals like you find balance again. Denise helped me accomplish a difficult goal by guiding me through the process of making a life changing decision, one I have been agonizing over for several years.

When we met I was going through an emotional rollercoaster of insecurity, self-doubt, and inadequacy. Hurdles that I did not know how to tackle, so I tried to ignore them. Instead of acknowledging the core reason for my distress I wanted to sort out more superficial concerns. I had convinced myself that those were “the” life changing ones.

Our first get-together started out fairly innocently: my issues with weight loss and the want to change my dietary habits. Quickly it had evolved into far more significant pursuits. Her guidance led me to have an aha-moment: admitting the importance of a degree for my self-esteem and its benefits for my personal development. Her coaching strategies initially lead to my diploma being finished. Something I have been dreading to take on for 10 years!
What I appreciated immensely while working with her is her special approach. She stayed professionally objective throughout the process while at the same time she remained sympathetic and affectionate.
